At Badge of Life, we offer diverse volunteer opportunities, ensuring that volunteers fulfill their goal of giving back to the community. Volunteers are a vital aspect of Badge of Life and valuable to our mission.
Areas of Volunteer Support
- Fundraising Events. Volunteers help organize and run events such as charity galas, auctions, or charity runs.
- Community Outreach. Volunteers help reach out to local businesses, community groups, and individuals to secure sponsorships, donations, or participation in fundraising events.
- Marketing and Promotion: Our volunteers with marketing, social media, and graphic design skills help develop promotional materials and spread the word about fundraising campaigns.
- Donor Relations: Badge of Life volunteers also help develop and maintain relationships with donors, thanking them for their contributions and keeping them engaged with the organization's mission.
- Administrative Support: Volunteers also provide administrative support such as data entry, donor database management, and logistical coordination for fundraising activities.
- Research Intern. Research interns work with the Badge of Life Think Tank scholars on research projects that are designed to advance the Badge of Life mission.
- Grant Writing Assistance. Interns collaborate with grant writers to identify, research, and write grant applications and help secure funding for the organization.
Volunteer Positions Are Unpaid.
We welcome college students seeking community experience and engagement. We partner with colleges and universities and can provide course credit for classes/degree completion with schools with which we have partnerships.
